successfully file lawsuits involving violations of international norms.
3. Which institutions are the defendants in these cases?
The lawsuits filed thus far have been against a single defendant –
the Jordanian based Arab Bank. We are currently researching and investigating
additional defendants.

5. Is there a consultation fee for discussing my eligibility

No. There is no consultation fee at any time. There are no legal fees
and no expenses unless money is recovered as a result of the lawsuit.
6. What are my financial obligations to join the lawsuit?
None. These cases are being handled on a contingency fee basis. This means
that the law firms involved will be entitled to collect a percentage of
any settlement or judgment, if the lawsuit is successful. If the lawsuit
is not successful and no funds are recovered, then the clients will not
be charged any legal fees or any costs for expenses.
